Where did you grow up?
Bremerton, WA, a medium-sized navy town about an hour away from Seattle!
What do you study?
Most likely a joint-concentration in Music and Government. In my professional future, I'm very interested in advocating for music education in public schools!
What did you do this summer?
A lot of opera singing! Also, worked for a local salon. Read a bunch of books, and baked many quarantine goodies. :)
Who is your favorite musician?
Idina Menzel - she is just a GODDESS

Why do you love chorus?
Singing with others gives me a such a strong sense of connection with those around me, and is an enormous stress-reliever. Singing with others is so therapeutic, and builds an unbreakable community of people who share a love of music! Chorus is a safe space that fosters growth, communication, care, and trust. I LOVE CHORUS!
If you could be a kitchen appliance, what kitchen appliance would you be?
A fridge, because I'm cool like that (HA get it?)
What is your favorite musical experience you have ever had?
All-National Honor Choir in Orlando, last November. It was such an amazing community filled with such talented and dedicated musicians, and I was honored to be a part of it.

What are you most excited for this year?
I'm most excited to meet new people, and to learn from all of the Collegium oldies. :) Also, to hear, and perform, some awesome music!
