10/10/2018 CompassionThe Harvard-Radcliffe Collegium Musicum and the Radcliffe Choral Society present compassion Join the the Harvard-Radcliffe Collegium Musicum and the Radcliffe Choral Society for their first concert of the year, Compassion. With "compassion,” we search for a common language to understand our individual and collective humanity in times of joy, hope, and sorrow. The concert’s program will explore how composers from Monteverdi to the present-day have expressed these sentiments in music. The grace and beauty in this music thus creates a vehicle for compassion. Featured works include: “However Difficult” from How to Go On by Dale Trumbore, “Ma te raccoglie” from Sestina by Claudio Monteverdi, “A Jubilant Song” by Norman Dello Joio, and “Moon Goddess” by Jocelyn Hagen. Friday, November 2nd at 8pm in Sanders Theatre Student FREE (with ID)*| General Admission $10
